As a specialist catering company Spotless has a long history of providing guests with fabulous food served by our experienced waiting staff to ensure the success of your event. We have created an exciting range of menus and beverage packages that can be selected to best suit your function. We are happy to tailor a menu to specifically meet your special requirements.

Our kiosk can be made available for functions such as theatre performances, concerts, exhibitions and markets to offer refreshments to your guests including a range of ice creams, cold beverages and espresso coffee.

The following Sample Menu provides a taste of our menu selections:

Breakfast

  • Grilled bacon, sautéed mushrooms and herb tomatoes with your choice of scrambled or poached eggs on toasted English muffins
  • A variety of warmed mini croissants filled with spinach and ricotta cheese, ham and cheese, and cheese and tomato
  • Danish pastries and freshly baked berry muffins

Lunch / Dinner

Entree

  • Asian beef salad with rice noodles, Vietnamese mint and julienne vegetables
  • Veal and caramelised onion tortellini with a tomato, bacon and button mushroom sauce

Main Course

  • Lime infused salmon fillet with braised leeks and a chive and saffron sauce
  • Lamb rump served with tomato and basil couscous and Madeira jus

Dessert

  • Poached pear soaked in red wine and star anise with a honey & ginger glaze
  • Warm orange and marmalade pudding with toasted coconut and sherry soaked strawberries

Cocktail

Cold

  • Smoked Atlantic salmon on toasted baguette topped with lemon créme fraîche & dill
  • Mini buttermilk rolls filled with rare roast beef, tatsoi leaves and Dijon mustard

Hot

  • Duo of mini pizzas with sun dried tomato and pesto, and goats cheese and caramelised onion
  • Mushroom and artichoke risotto dumplings

Breaks and Conferences

Coffee breaks

  • Continuous coffee with a selection of teas served with a platter of complimentary biscuits
  • Assorted warmed Danish and French pastries

Savoury breaks
